The property was clean and brilliant, what I was expecting. I enjoyed the location, it was great and next to bar street. Above all, it was located near the beach and the old town, the major shopping centre for the area and bus stops shopping center and restaurants.

The place was lovely, fairly clean. Although the bed was not very comfortable, altogether it was a very nice experience. Staff were very helpful and provided lots of recommendations.

Overall it was nice experience and I really enjoyed the stay. The accommodation was basic located right by the beach, shops, resteraunts and pubs, and shopping center and restaurants, that's what I was expecting.

The apartments at Costa Volcan were lovely and in a great location. Perfect for backpackers. the staff were friendly and the apartment was cleaned daily. the small supermarket on-site had all the essentials. the main strip was within a 10-minute walk. the area was quiet at night, allowing for a peaceful sleep. Will definitely stay here again.

A brilliant apartment, everything was perfect!

It was fantastic base for travelling to Puerto del Carmen, I was glad to stay there. Employees were efficient. Thoroughly enjoyed views of the sea. The location itself was incredible and best possible so close to Lanzarote and all restaurants. I went to nearby El Rancho Bar Restuarant to relax and have a drink.

The rooms are excellent, with air conditioning. The location is fantastic, very close to Biosfera Plaza Shopping Centre. The staff is friendly and very pleasant.

The location of the hotel was great, close to all the main attractions and amenities. the staff at the bar were really friendly and made our stay enjoyable.

The cleanliness of the room was disappointing. the furniture was dirty and the shower head was absolutely disgusting.

This place is in a great location, right next to the beach and close to diving spots and the town center. The property is clean and well-maintained.

The flat was brilliant and basic, only 5 minutes walk from the Senora del Carmen. Favourable and brilliant setting for shopping. Plus, there were a supermarket and local supermarkets nearby. There was a great pool and views of the sea.

The apartment was very good, had marvellous location next to shops, the beach and the town and old town, the strip, and beaches.

Air-conditioned and brand-new room with air con, I enjoyed to be here. The location was indeed marvellous and excellent, as I needed to be walking distance to pubs and bars. Very pleasant and exceptionally nice staff and the stay was comfortable!
